i'm done with my undergraduate career on may 9. i hate thinking about entering the real world because it stresses me out. with the way the economy is going, i'm scared i wont be able to find a descent job. i did not work hard in school for three years to earn 2 degrees and end up working at a fast food restaurant. that is something i definitely would not be happy about.
ideally, i want to go into higher education, but a lot of the higher ed jobs require a master's and work expereince. stuff i kinda lack. SIGH
traveling
working
paying off loans
back to school
four things i want to get done after college =)

this is crazy
i noticed how the last time i blogged on this was just before the fall semester begun. it is the night before spring semester starts. this is crazy. it is my last semester as an undergraduate at ashington state university! after tow years of running start and three years at wsu, i am almost done with two degrees. this hasnt been an easy ride for me. yeah i know that i am graduating a year early from college. it is not because i'm smart because i dont think i'm smart, but because i was able to take on the challenge. i had a goal of graduating from college and i was determined to reach that goal. throughout high school i never really achieved the goals that i had originally wanted, i just end up lowering my goal so that it is kinda sorta achieved.
the thought of growing up has been on my mind the past couple of weeks. soon i'll be in the real world, working full time. but i get a bit scared about that. i just think about the past and how free and easier it was because i had no responsibilities. with the economy today, i'm even more freaked out because i dont know if i'll be able to find a job. bills, loans payments, jobs, growing up! i cant believe it is already time for me to think about all of this.
i'm glad fall semester is over. it was not my favorite semester just because i was too exhausted. there was a point there i just broke down and felt like giving up. i cracked under the pressure. i was never fully happy that semester, but i was able to pull a good gpa, and i was very surprised about that.
one thing i wanted to do during the fall was apply to graduate school. i did a bunch of research and programs and was working on the process, but in the end, i decided not to apply this year. i'm kinda disappointed about that, but getting a graduate education is still soemthing i want to do. i've been thinking of what i wanted to do and the anwer is higher education. =]
now that it is a new year. i'm trying make it a good year! it started off well because i'm got lots of money (even though most of it was student loans), but i'm finally turning 21 next month, graduating in may, and planning trips to california and las vegas in the upcoming months (hopefully!).
i had so much that i wanted to say, but i'm pretty tired. i got school in the morning
